Student comments (2007) One of the best classes I have taken at BC. A great professor with a lot of knowledge. Great reading, cases, and class exercises. Great class!!! Made me think a lot about myself. Prof. Harrington did a great job of tying all the material together. The readings, assignments, class exercises, and lectures together provided a tremendous framework for students to learn about organizational change. Professor was able to synthesize / balance experience in business world with academic principles and knowledge. Very articulate, knowledgeable, engaging. Made class fun with relevant exercises and anecdotes.

Student comments (2007) I can honestly say this was one of the best (if not the best) classes I have taken in the MBA program. The professor led us through lively class discussions - material very applicable to my job. Definitely one of my best classes. Made me want to take more classes with this professor and in the organization development field. I highly recommend him. Professor is very personable and approachable. Got to know the students and their career goals. Very passionate about the subject – great sense of humor. The class provided practical knowledge and skills that could be executed immediately at work or in one’s personal life.
