3. Search “myPhxAZ” in the marketplace and install the app.

4. myPhxAZ Once installed, open the app and take a tour.

5. Phoenix You can navigate this app by selecting an icon from the menu bar.

6. Select “Report Issue” within the app and this will demonstrate how citizens may file a complaint directly.

7. Citizens may choose the description of an issue they would like to report.

8. Include a photo(s).

9. Include a text or recorded audio note.

10. Set location using the phone’s GPS software.

11. Enter reporter information to enable the district to contact citizen on reported issue if needed.

12. Review & Submit The complaint is then sent.
