7. 歷史背景 1909 年 Dr.Willian Healy 1917 年情緒障礙兒童團體 1922 年 St. Louis 設立了第一個示範性診 所, 為完成此種示範,the Commonwealth Fund 設置計畫提供工作員的訓練, 並在 the New York School of Social Work 開 設相關課程且設立診所作為訓練中心
