Questions to ask about a website to determine the quality What type of web page is this? What is its purpose? Who is the author of this page? Who is the audience? When was the page last updated? Is there a contact? If yes, note the contact. Does it list scholarly sources? Does the author have a bias or agenda? (Is this bias stated or hidden?)
