2. Why I report this?  When you hear the name “India”, the first thought is “it’s a very hot place”.  How the summer season affect New - Delhi city?  Precautions taken during summer.  What are the main reasons behind New- Delhi being very hot?

3. Geographical location 印度 28°34‘0“ N 77°12’0” E 台灣 82°15'E Except few Northern reagions, whole India suffer unbearable hot in summer.

4. Summer in India 印度新德里 It is well know that every year from April to June and half of July is the summer season in India. New-Delhi and last month May 12, was the highest recorded temperature of 46oC in New-Delhi. Whereas the average temperature during the period is 42 oC – 44 oC The hot season not only affects the economic growth but also the education, tourism, and other public activities in the city.

5. Summer in Taipei ( 台北 ) On May 12, temperature in Taipei was recorded 34 0c as highest. The average summer temperature in Taipei is 34 0c to 36 0c. In Chayi, there was raining as above picture shows.

6. How summer affect New - Delhi city? ( 有那些影響 ?) Morning School schedule:- Special time table for summer, 7.00 AM to 11.30 AM, June and July – summer holiday Government offices:- Changes in office hours, 9.00 AM to 2.00 PM Daily life of people :- May, June & July is incredible hot, generally people do not go out after 11.00 AM to 4.00 PM. Tourism :- Very few tourist are seen during above mentioned three months. Not recommended to visit India in summer. Economy :- All above reasons influences economic growth.

7. Reasons 原因 New-Delhi 新德里 –Located near to Tropic of Cancer( 北回歸線 ) Latitude( 緯度 ) : 28.38 N, Longitude( 經度 ): 77.12 E –River Yamuna ( 阿娒那河 ), only two month have water in this river. Taipei 台北 –Comparatively north to the Tropic of Cancer( 北回歸線 ). –An island, coastal weather differ than other.

8. Precautions 預防措施 Follow the instructions announced on Radio, TV, Newspaper etc. Government help are available in cities. The best way is not to step out from house in the noon.
