Can we easily compare the selenium levels of the three meats by just looking at the numbers? No! The numbers themselves are not particularly helpful. It helps to summarize or picture the data.

E.g. histograms for each meat help us see the relative distributions of selenium content. Let’s see how the computer package Minitab can produce these for us....
