15 Functions of Executive District Officer  Ensures business of Group of Offices carried out by laws.  Supervision over programmes, projects, activities & enfore Govt Laws.  Flow of information to monitoring committees of Zila Council or Union Councils.  Prepare proposals for expenditure, Implement Approved plans & projects. 16 District Administration District Administration Working  DCO shall obtain approval of Zila Nazim before presenting plan to Government.  Tenure of Officers is three years.  Zila Nazim may request for transfer of DCO.  Zila Nazim, DCO may request for transfer of EDO. Powers of Nazim & Naib Nazim  Take disciplinary action against local govt. functionaries of their respective establishments.

17 District Administration DO (Revenue) act as Collector Rules of Business under District Government Assignments to Tehsil Municipal Admin.  District Government may assign functions to Tehsil / Union Admin. Disposal of Government Work  With provision of funds without any more taxation may undertake functions of Government as may be mutually agreed.

18 District Administration Performance Evaluation  Annual reports of the Officers initiated by Zila Nazim in respect of the DCO. DCO in respect of the EDO. EDO in respect of the District Officers.
