Background : During the 80’s we have witnessed the rapid development of personal computer technology, allowing every professional do work on their own.

Methodology : The needs of health professionals working for elderly at home can be fulfilled by the emerging technologies.

Findings : The use of mobile devices actuated by voice receiving all the necessary information again by voice is envisaged.

Conclusions : The retrieval of past information on demand based on the position of the patient seems plausible.
