3. 3 Track progress with MS Project  When tasks & timeline are set, save baseline  Several alternatives for tracking progress  Enter % completed  Enter time to complete  Enter date completed (more than one is allowed)  Review for changes in critical path  It is now possible to modify the baseline in Project 2000  But think about why you want to do this!  Work-around for Project 98
