To the Rescue…

Solutions Powered by

Are you Ready? …. What happens when there is, NO cellular service NO radio service NO terrestrial services

The Impossible CAN Happen The North Tower held the area’s Cellular antennas The power was knocked out or shut off so terrestrial resources stopped working

Mobile Emergency Communication Solution Provides: Ability to communicate when No terrestrial services are available Ability to communicate from even extremely remote locations Ability to communicate in a number of different formats, Data, Voice, Video and Facsimile

Do you want to… Make telephone calls when no terrestrial resources exist? Communicate to any other telephone in the world?

Do you want to… Send video from remote locations to any place that has an Internet connection?

Do you need to… Receive or send facsimiles from your deployed location? Provide paper verification for legal requirements?

Everyone Needs… Access to their emails even when on a remote deployment Use email as a form of “last available” communication if other terrestrial systems are down

What about reference material… Maybe you need to access reference web sites for terrain information Or perhaps for chemical response reference

Wouldn’t it be Great… To have access to your database that exists at the office Now you can extend your office solutions into the field, no matter how far the field is…

How does it work? Using a specially designed three axis mobile platform, a satellite dish can be automatically pointed at a geostationary satellite located thousands of kilometers away Once connected, the system is then able to use an IP network to provide connectivity to a number of available services

Communication Path

System Components Controller Mount Modem/Router

Technical Explanation Using the dish, a beam is sent up from your vehicle to the satellite in geostationary orbit over the earth That satellite is located 22,300 miles directly over the equator The satellite rebroadcast the signal down to the ground

A Ground Station receives the transmission and diverts it to its’ ultimate location using fiber optic cable If a reply message is needed, the message is returned to the Earth Station The Earth Station then sends the message back up to the satellite The Satellite in turn retransmits the message back to your remote vehicle Technical Explanation cont’d

System Benefits Fast deployment on short notice Works in a variety of weather conditions Portable or vehicle mounted Bandwidth can be adjusted to match requirement Built-in encryption insures privacy (depending on airtime used)
