2 Perky Ramroth is the Wine Industry Analyst for the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (formerly the Bureau of ATF), U.S. Department of Treasury. Perky joined ATF in 1974 and was promoted to her current position in 1999. Perky was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, and is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a degree in English. She is a member of ASEV. Perky now works with industry and government about wine industry trends, patterns and current issues.
