What is WebCT? WebCT is a tool that facilitates the creation of sophisticated World Wide Web-based educational environments. It can be used to create entire on-line courses, or to simply publish materials that supplement existing courses. WebCT is developed by the University of British Columbia of Canada.

As of to date: 55 staff have participated in the training workshops 59 web courses have been created about half of our students are using TLWeb in their learning TLWeb at Lingnan
