20. TLWeb Project Building a Web-based Learning Community in a Liberal Arts University A 2-year UGC funded project TDG received: HK$ 2.6m Commenced in Nov 1999

22. What is WebCT? WebCT is a tool that facilitates the creation of sophisticated World Wide Web-based educational environments. It can be used to create entire on-line courses, or to simply publish materials that supplement existing courses. WebCT is developed by the University of British Columbia of Canada.
