14 同事的回應 要認真注重學生在公開 試成績。 減少一些課外活動 推動學生讀書風氣。

15 同事的回應 校長和中層人員緊密合作。 給教師更大空間。 對不稱職教員要更大力度改善。

16 同事的回應 尊重同事就他 / 她本科的專業知識 所作的決定。 嚴厲對待違規學生,避免姑息養奸。 爭取休息,放鬆心情,與同事一起 以「平常心」應付風浪。

17 同事的回應 從新分配工作崗位,知人善任, 真真正正使同事能集中專注某 項特定工作。 強化中層管理人員的領導能力 (權力適量下放)。 不要太心急,凡事按部就班。
