5 Stress ! Is not good to your body and mind. It is linked to gastric ulcers, stomachache, diarrhea, certain cancers, endless sleepless nights!

7 What Should You Do? Although stress is part of our lives, we can learn to minimize it. BY: Identifying what triggers the stress. Assessing your internal response. Taking a positive approach. AND Exploring de-stress techniques like YOGA.

8 Yoga Ancient form of physical activity and stress reliever practiced by many cultures around the world. Commit to practice Yoga and deep- breathing techniques for a minimum of 30 minutes a day. –If you are a child, increase your physical activity to 60 minutes by playing your favorite sports. Engaging into light to moderate exercises, like Yoga, help the body release its natural mood enhancers.
