Stress ! Is not good to your body and mind. It is linked to gastric ulcers, stomachache, diarrhea, certain cancers, endless sleepless nights!

What Should You Do? Although stress is part of our lives, we can learn to minimize it. BY: Identifying what triggers the stress. Assessing your internal response. Taking a positive approach. AND Exploring de-stress techniques like YOGA.

Yoga Ancient form of physical activity and stress reliever practiced by many cultures around the world. Commit to practice Yoga and deep- breathing techniques for a minimum of 30 minutes a day. –If you are a child, increase your physical activity to 60 minutes by playing your favorite sports. Engaging into light to moderate exercises, like Yoga, help the body release its natural mood enhancers.
