3 Project Planning We chose to break Try Your Luck! down into three phases: Try Your Luck! Phase 1-Design Concept/Implementation Try Your Luck! Phase 2-Continued Implementation, Testing, Data Manipulation, Design Docs. Try Your Luck! Phase 3 consists of Final Testing, Revised/Edited Design Docs., and Final Site

4 Project Planning Tools Time Keeping Strategy Microsoft Excel Pages are set up by month, date, module & Phase All pages are linked together so we can do final time reports. Will be able to compare estimated time vs. actual time spent on project.

5 Infrastructure Our Infrastructure is based around our Group Meetings. Without communicating our project will not meet the requirements from our client. Every module, test, document, change is always discussed and agreed upon before implementation by all team members.

6 Backup Plan Knowledgeable Team Backup Server Outside Resources
