5. PALM-3000 5 Commissioning Commissioning Plan –Requesting 12 nights (4 x 3 nights) for commissioning in semester 2011A (Feb.-July 2011). –Expect entire team to participate in most of these! –10 work-months of labor budgeted. Optimization Phase –Planning a 6-month period post-commissioning to fully characterize and optimize system performance.
