We can have some control over the system using a variety of methods:
1. Do not overlook the effects of perception management. 2. Determine the acceptable waiting time for your customers. 3. Install distractions that entertain and physically involve the customer. 4. Get customers out of the line. 5. Only make people conscious of the time if they grossly overestimate waiting times. 6. Modify customer arrival behavior. 7.
