5. Level Two Websites Academic departments ABOR-designated research institutes, centers, bureaus and service and administrative units UA committees, organizations and official student organizations Timeline: Six months

6. Level Three Websites Websites for course description or curriculum Faculty bios & CVs UA sponsored conferences, symposia and exhibition websites All sites that are hosted on university web servers Timeline: nine months

7. Exceptions The following will not be required to use the UA Web banners: The University of Arizona home page Web-based applications and intranet sites – (examples: Webmail, Student Link, Employee Link, ArizonaMed ) Personal home pages Student clubs that are not officially recognized student organizations Conflicts with existing partnerships or collaborations

8. UA Web Banner Technical Requirements The UA Web banner is comprised of three components: 1. UA logo approved for Web use (the A-Line logo) 2. Banner color bar 3. Navigational link

9. The UA Web logo: Positions left of center Clickable and links to the UA homepage The Color Bar: Must extend across the entire width of a Web page, regardless of the screen resolution Must be one of the 5 color options Must be 42 pixels in height
