2. Main Objective To develop a program that enhances the process of managing the member records of the choir groups and alumni groups at Trinity by adding group and member pictures to these records.

3. Why is this Project Needed? Church’s Background  Trinity was founded in 1752  Choir of Men and Boys was created in 1885 Oldest choir in the parish Seventh oldest in the U.S.

4. Why is This Project Needed? (Cont’d) The Need  Pictures of choir groups, members, and alumni are taken every year.  A large amount of pictures taken over the years.  No archiving tool available for describing and dating these pictures.

5. What are the Benefits?  Allows members and alumni to see all of their available pictures in chronological order reflecting their own growth.  Allows the church to see the development of its choir groups over time.

6. Software Components  Trinity’s existing database in MS Excel  Photo Database and picture folder.  User interface in MS Access.  Program coding in Visual Basic for Applications.
