2. 2 Working Group 3: E9-1-1 Location Accuracy  Description: The Working Group shall address questions referred to CSRIC in PS Docket No. 07-114, “Wireless E911 Location Requirements.”  Duration: Report Outdoor Testing Criteria due March 8, 2012  Report Indoor Testing due June 6, 2012  Report on commercial location based services due March 6, 2013

3. Working Group 3 – Participants  WG 3 is now composed of 39 members representing public safety, associations, vendors and other commercial providers of service 3

4. Working Group 3 - Current Work Activity  October 7 Kick Off Conference Call  October 19-20 Face to Face meeting to organize  Every other week a full Work Group Call  Following full WG status call, Indoor Sub- Group call  Alternate weeks the Outdoor Sub-Group call 4

Working Group 3 - Work Completed  Outdoor Sub-Group has completed Report Outline and text additions to the report are being drafted  Indoor Sub-Group has been reviewing Input Documents, is drafting a report structure, defining critical issues and discussing Z element  Location Based Services Sub-Group has started to look at structure of group 5

Working Group 3 - Next Steps Full WG will continue with alternate week conference calls and will have another Face- to-Face meeting on January 24-25, 2012 Sub-Groups will continue alternate week conference calls Location Based Services Group will wait until near completion of Outdoor Report before starting formal conference calls 6
