Client feedback What went good … the project group has made a lot of work according to the good practice the project managers have been in close cooperation with the client, the meetings were well arranged the documentation has been of first class the scope of the project has been attained What went not so good … the project schedule has not been so well followed the focus was not always on the scope of the project, which is gather user feedback the preparing period for review meetings has been short

9. Conclusions Overall, the project has met its scope: gather user feedback for the new Tplan system The users found Tplan easier to use than the actual system The client was satisfied with the project progress The Tplan team learned a lot about team work and project management
