Enter in your e-mail address as shown in the invitation email you received. This is your username. Click on the first time users section Your password will be e-mailed to you. Logging In All students already have access to the E-room and should have received an invitation to join the E-room community. In your web browser, enter the URL: http://Eroom.dc.comAs a first time user, you will need to receive a password. When password arrives, Log in with your username, password, and have the bullet selected “with plug-in”.

Directory Structure The E-room contains three primary directories: –The RFI folder stores the RFI and other supporting documents. –The Seminars folder will contain material pertaining to each class. Subfolders include: –Links –Readings –The Team folders* allow each team to store their documents in a common location. Subfolders include: –Draft Deliverables –Final Deliverables –Issues Log *Each team only has access their particular team’s folder.

Downloading and Uploading Files To open a file, click it. To save a file without opening it, right-click it and select “Save Target As...” To upload a file: –You can drag and drop from a windows folder onto the folder you wish to upload it into OR –You can select “add file” and click on the “Browse…” button; select the file you want to upload, then select “OK”.
