What We Do Assist students who want to study abroad, and faculty who want to lead courses abroad Provide support for international visiting dignitaries and international scholars Provide immigration assistance for faculty and visiting scholars Provide all manner of assistance for faculty, staff, and students who want to expand our UW’s profile abroad and internationalization on campus

Strong Foundation Student and faculty programs in 30 countries, 400 different locations Growth in study abroad – 5X growth between 2003 and 2007 –For the past two years, UW has sent around 400 students to study abroad.

Partnerships Across the World UW has exchange agreements and other cooperative agreements with about 70 universities world-wide –Example - Tunisia – Working through State Partnership Program (Wyoming National Guard) and US State Department Middle East Partnership Initiative

Faculty Participation Travel grants for faculty –$30,000 each year to assist faculty in establishing ties to other universities in other countries, improve language skills
