4. Functionality Manage employee tasks, coordinate work on projects, and allow easier communication throughout the company.: Employee specific pages with schedule type information. Allow functions to cover other employees shifts, send personal notes, and create a simple profile for themselves. Group specific pages to coordinate common tasks among the members. Contains a calendar to keep track of schedule. Forum type message board for all members to read. Company wide pages visible to all employees. Initially seen when logging in. Contains news, announcements, and Calendar showcasing significant events. Entire system will be fully encrypted to ensure security. Levels of access will be assigned to certain users giving certain privileges, such as administrators editing work schedules, and other appropriate ideas.

5. Goals: Milestone 2- Site operational and setup to the database and apache. Setup user profiles, and well as privilege differentiation among the users. Milestone 3- Calendar setup with scheduling possible. Milestone 4- Messaging and forum systems implemented and functional. Milestone 5- Encryption and polishing.
