2. Introduction We need to develop and deploy a wireless application that allows real estate agents to manage properties, prospects, sales opportunities, and contact information while on the move. We will describe the features of the application, also analyze the priority of different features. We will select the particular mobile platform and database for development and explain the reason why we choose them.

Features Access information on Properties:  Post some factual details about the property such as the size, the design Property search by all field  This feature allow user enter different keywords to search the information of property Authentication feature  The security feature that can identify the user when they’re connected to the server and protect the confidentiality of data

4. Features Update property status  Agent can get and update the latest property status for their customers from our database. Map  To see and show where the property is Media gallery  provide static (photos) and dynamic (video) information of the property,It can help customers know more about it and have a better decision.

5. Features Notification via SMS  can get the notification when the information of the property is fulfill the customers’ requirement. By using this feature, agent can inform their customer immediately Mortgage calculator  This calculator helps agent to calculate the mortgage for their customers.
