3 Salamanca 23-24/06/2005PROMOTOR + 3 Project’s objectives. PROMOTOR + aimed at creating an homogenous methodology to establish regional programmes to stimulate the creation of profitable start-ups. Based on the expertise on non excellent regions, with clear infrastructure hindrances. Methodology to be validated in the 5 NAC regions, that shall imply the settlement of 5 start-ups per region.

Deep analysis of the regions to validate the approach. Customisation of the approach to the reality of the region. Involvement of regional stakeholders in the whole process.

Every region stakeholders have made the approach own, not becoming involved but committed with their action. Five different definitive methodologies and relative action plan, implemented to better fit with local reality. Sustainable approach. In most regions re- edition of the programme.
