Educating ourselves  We need input from you!  Now is the time for creative ideas of all sorts  Particularly important to brainstorm ideas for accelerator-based particle physics  Maximize “bang-to-buck” ratio  We will hold “days” devoted to major themes, 2-3 talks from experts, plenty of discussion time  What is the physics?  What are the technical requirements?  What are the possible roles for SLAC?  Web broadcast of talks  Schedule “days” in March & April if possible
