Structural Audit It will cost a lot of money to keep the mill open. If it is closed they will get money for the real estate. An engineer is sent to do a structural audit. Dilemma The plant is in bad condition, however, it has been well maintained. The engineer can’t find a reason to shut it down because it passed the OSHA regulations.
