3. Observations & actions MICE Infrastructure –Hadn’t taken place before I wrote this! LH2 system –I believe our biggest worry: –R&D hardware has been stalled for > six months –Mike & Matt to intervene urgently with AS Scientific and RAL contracts –Indecision over control system philosophy has clearly stalled HAZOP review schedule –So yet more meetings to address the above –Really have to make sure the right people attend –Real problem here is inability to work in parallel with Decay solenoid and FC projects 3
