Introduction Glossary Spanish

1 Welcome 2 Registry 3 Contribute 4 Find 5 Display 6 Annotate 7 Understand 8 Manipulate 9 Collaborate 10 Feedback 2) The registry contains Objects: Reports metadata, Tables metadata, People metadata, a Glossary, and Annotations Actions: enabled by tools to Contribute, Find, Display, Annotate, Understand, Manipulate, and Collaborate Meaningful knowledge structures (Ontologies) with Rules & Constraints to ensure safe usage Introduction Glossary Spanish

1 Welcome 2 Registry 3 Contribute 4 Find 5 Display 6 Annotate 7 Understand 8 Manipulate 9 Collaborate 10 Feedback 3) Government agencies, organizations, and registered individuals can contribute to the Statistical Knowledge Network. Some objects will be registered manually, while others will be added automatically by web crawlers or other processes. Metadata descriptions and links will be stored, but most objects will remain with on the contributor’s server. Tools to support the Contribute action will include input validation, indexing, record editing, and deletion. Services include version control, security, authentification, and backup. Introduction Glossary Spanish

1 Welcome 2 Registry 3 Contribute 4 Find 5 Display 6 Annotate 7 Understand 8 Manipulate 9 Collaborate 10 Feedback 4) Tools for search, browsing, exploring the registry of the Statistical Knowledge Network. Includes tools for sorting, ranking, relationship browsing. Provides logging and log analysis. Fetches objects from resource holders, authentification, and payment collection. Introduction Glossary Spanish

1 Welcome 2 Registry 3 Contribute 4 Find 5 Display 6 Annotate 7 Understand 8 Manipulate 9 Collaborate 10 Feedback 5) Tools to present the output of Find tools in necessary formats: mobile devices, desktops, wall-displays, text-only, audio, translation to other languages, etc. Provides output to a variety of browsers and platforms. Introduction Glossary Spanish
