BAE system is a British multinational defense, security and aerospace company headquartered in London. BAE is among the largest military contractors in the world producing military equipment for most of the world super powers. BAE was formed in 30 th November 1999 by the 7.7 billion mergers of two British companies, Marconi Electronic, a shipbuilding subsidiary of General Electric and British Aerospace which is a naval systems manufacturer.

BAE has over 100,000 employees across their home markets who work in producing a range of services from air, land and naval forces. Through the years BAE systems has been able to venture in the production of both marine and military equipment, as well as electronics and intelligent device production. BAE has branches in United States, Saudi Arabia, Australia, India, Sweden, South Africa and United Kingdom.

BAE is run by a board of directors who run and engineer the company to new height. Richard L. Olver is the chairman of BAE systems and was appointed in July 2004. Executive directors are, Ian King, Peter Lynas, and Linda Hudson. Non-Executive directors are, Nick Rose, Paul Anderson, Paula Rospot, Roberto Quarta, Lee Mclntire, Lee Mclntire, Carl Symon, Sir Peter Mason, Michael Hartnall, and Harriet Green.
