16. 16 How to speak The maximal simultaneous talkers has been to 3 in this session You need to press the button in the lower right corner marked ‘Ctrl+F2’, so that your voice can be heard by other people After speaking please press the button again, so other people can talk If busy, please raise your hand and wait for your turn

18. 18 How to use a video camera Plug in your video camera (some are built in) and install it if needed Press the ‘Show the video window’ button on the top tools bar ‘Preview’ and ‘transmit’ If busy, please raise your hand and wait for your turn
