2. Mean 1.Set of numbers (a, b, ….., z) 2.Find the sum of all the numbers in the set. a+b+….+z= Total 3. Count up the number of items in the set. 4. Divide the total in step 2 by the number counted in step 3. (a+b+…+z)/(# in set)

3. Median 1.Order the set in numerical order. 2.Find the number that is in the middle of the list. This is the median. 3.If two numbers split the center, the average of these numbers is the median.

4. Mode 1.Put the items in the list in numerical order 2.Find the number that occurs the most 3.A set of number can have 0, 1, or multiple modes
