3. Tutorial Using the Web Board for class discussion is relatively simple.

4. Preliminary Steps From the Intralearn Syllabus: 1.Click [Communicate] 2.Click [Discussion] – will link to the class Discussion or WebBoard

5. Opening WebBoard The WebBoard Site: 1.Fill in Name (user_id) and password 2.Click Log In

6. The WebBoard The WebBoard has 3 parts: 1.The Toolbar at the top. 2.The Left Side --The threaded message posting 3.The Right Side – The message composition

7. Step 1 Click New Post (on left end of toolbar) Before beginning to write the message fill in the Header and, if attaching materials, check the attach box.

8. Step 2 Write the Message to the board. Then Click Post

9. Step 3 Correct Spelling that is highlighted in red. After Correcting Spelling, -- Click Post

10. Step 4 (for Attachments) If there is an attachment, a dialog box will appear. 1.Chose a Category 2.[Browse] for the file. 3.Fill in file description 4.Click – Upload Now
