4 At CSUCI student success is defined as the interaction between the student’s educational and personal goals and the institutional capability to serve students. A successful CI student will actively engage in achieving their educational, personal, and career goals, graduate, and transition into life as a contributing member in a global and multicultural society. CSUCI facilitates student success by recruiting students who fit the institution’s mission and goals; providing them with integrative educational opportunities and support services needed to complete their educational program in a timely fashion.
