What is PhAMLI? ► Pharmacy Alliance for Mentorship, Leadership, and Information ► Affiliated with American Pharmacists Association (APhA) at UCSF ► Mentoring program pairs undergraduate students with a mentor from UCSF SOP ► Provides opportunity to experience pharmacy school and explore pharmacy as a career

6. Certificate of Completion ► Requirements  Kick-off Picnic  Shadow your mentor  Attend 1 UCSF SOP Event  Submit 1 page (double-spaced) reflection  Pharmacist Panel & Awards Ceremony ► NO EXCEPTIONS!
