Attention needed:  include more resources but remove old ones – update existing ones  have links to similar resource pools in other countries  more interactivity  the menu system should be improved  a lot of information specially on ID cards – sometimes hard to extract  connect the scenarios to the resources  help on the actions that can be performed 3. New features:  search option on intended end user  forums and communication between users  RSS feeds  personal page  able to see which TLCentre users are experts to a particular resource
