22 because these are days of vengeance, so that all things which are written will be fulfilled.

Lk 21: 20 But when you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then recognize that her desolation is near!
B. PROPHETICALLY:
Zechariah 14: 2 For I will gather all the nations against Jerusalem to battle, and the city will be captured, the houses plundered, the women ravished and half the city exiled, but the rest of the people will not be cut off from the city.

B. A Divine PURPOSE will be ACCOMPLISHED
2 Thess 1: 7-9 the Lord Jesus will be revealed from heaven with His mighty angels in flaming fire, dealing out retribution to those who do not know God and to those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus. These will pay the penalty of eternal destruction, away from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power!

C. FAMINES and EARTHQUAKES are occurring
Mt 24: 7 and in various places there will be famines and earthquakes

D. HATED by all NATIONS
Mt 24: 9 you will be hated by all nations because of My name
E. LOVE of many is growing COLD
Mt 24: 12 most people’s love will grow cold
F. GOSPEL is being PREACHED in the whole world
Mt 24: 14 This gospel shall be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all the nations, AND then the end will come!
