2 MICE Detector Systems  Beam Monitors u Over heating of sender boards has been observed @Fermilab. s Solution is to add fan. Retrofit kit to be shipped to RAL this week  CKOV u Nothing new  TOF0/1 u 22 Hamamatsu H6533MOD assemblies, with modified active divider were delivered to INFN MIB last Friday. u Tests, in presence of the Hamamatsu representative, will start tomorrow 20/5.  Calorimeter – Still Ready to Go

3  Tracker Electronics u Cryo #1 and #2 working well and ready to ship u Multi-board readout with all 4 boards on Cryostats #1 and 4 boards on #2 has been accomplished. u Problems arose when full system (8 board, 2 cryostats) readout was attempted. The problem was traced to what appears to be a problem with VLSB boards. As of Friday 5/16, only 4 VLSB boards could be made to work simultaneously. s Investigation continues s May require firmware modification s Could be VME problem u The Goal is still to ship by June 4 th and start installation in R8 on June 16 th
