8 Mathematics Algebra 1, Alg. 2, Geometry, and Advanced Math Grade 8 Alg 1 counts as a high school credit- must score proficient on EOC-will count as 1 of your 4 math credits needed for graduation.

9 Science  Earth Science  Earth Science Honors  Biology Honors (completed Alg I in grade 8)  Honors Health Science Biology-must be in the Health Science Academy (science course is tied to math placement)

11 HEALTHFUL LIVING I All students must successfully complete this course in order to receive a high school diploma  Is a prerequisite for all other physical education course offerings in grades 10– 12.

34 Info Drop/Add first five days of school for valid educational reasons Teacher Initiated Changes No more than seven absences per semester –Excused/Unexcused absences no difference –Provide documentation for doctors visits 3 days to make up work

35 Excused tardy –A doctor’s note –Note from court –Personal emergency limited to two per year Unexcused tardy to student management Opportunities are provided to make-up absences and tardies Early dismissal – permission note to Ms.Stocks, Student Affairs secretary
