2 Goals of the 5 th Annual Luncheon Increase awareness Increase attendance Increase nominations Increase student essay participation Increase collegiality Diverse committee Cesar Chavez Alumni & Friends

3 Learning Outcomes Essay participants will learn more about a woman while increasing writing skills Nominators will learn more about the nominees Students/staff/faculty who attend the luncheon will learn more about the campus community and the awardees CSUCI community will know the event is open to all (men, too!)
