2. The aim of the project is to create an “all in one place” civic service center, integrated in a unique modern structure that offers a variety of activities, located on the southern part of Yizhak Rabin square in Tel Aviv. The structure takes the form of an altered helix - creating a continuing route from the street and the square level into the building or on top of it. Entering the structure is possible in many ways and from different levels, creating multiple and diverse routes - according to the visitor’s needs. The visitor can walk trough the whole structure’s height and length in one continuing movement, without climbing any stairs. The structure offers most of the public services (including municipality services, governmental services, postal services, banks and more) in one structure integrated with stores, coffee shops, restaurants, green spots and exhibition spaces. The facades of the structure combine semitransparent LED screens system – creating an interactive facade which reflects the occupancy inside the building to the outside. The facades can also be used During protests, rallies and celebrations as a message transferring device. By changing their displays the screens give the structure a new look all the time. The location in Rabin square contributes to the activities held in the square by offering a large elevated space on the roof of the building, increasing the square's capacity and improving the views towards a temporary stage. The place will be open after dark offering activities like bars, restaurants and exhibitions. An underground passage connects the structure with the municipality building, an underground parking and a future subway station. C.T 2

8. C.T 2 & communication the BARCO MiTRIX LED panels the MiTRIX is a highly transparent, bright and lightweight modular LED screen. the system covers most of the facades of the building, creating a semitransparent, diverse and constantly changing appearance to the building and the square.
