Over 100 middle-level managers trained in modern management skills
Cut Flower rejects due to poor quality expected to reduce by over 50%
Over 80% of farm workers have developed sense of farm ownership

6. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
AMA is mandated to manage Kasese Smallholder Income and Investment Program (KSIIP)
The overall goal is to raise the annual income of 2,284 small-scale growers in Kasese district by 400%
Over 5000 farmers have accessed directly KSIIP technical assistance

7. Over 500 farmers through contract farming have accessed inputs on soft loans
At least 50% of association members sold their product through group marketing and received 25% premium price
