Hi Fessehaye; Please find attached some results I have secured on your requirements. They are preliminary, and I am sure some annealing would further enhance the WO3 content. Can you also let me know about your group and your line manager, so that I can speak to Ravi and arrange how to proceed, if you think the films I have grown are acceptable? Kind Regards Damitha Dear Damitha, I discussed the results with my colleagues and line manager and everyone was pleased to see the good progress. We are interested to proceed and we have a meeting tomorrow on the specifics and way forward. Please could you provide me some information on the experimental setup and procedure you used, i.e:- the precursor; substrate type and dimension; deposition method, temperature and time; annealing temperature and time and film thickness. Thank you Fessehaye Hi Fessehaye; I used DC reactive sputtering for the film. It was on soda lime glass, we can accommodate up to 5 cm* 5 cm substrates, upto 2.5 mm thick. The growth rate is very slow, 1.5 nm/min. The substrate is held at room temperature. I have not performed post deposition anneal, since our Raman is with the wrong laser for probing WO3. The Pd layer you require on top is just a formality. Hope this helps. Damitha
