4. The target group The target group of the project GUIDE are women in the economic area of Munich women with job problems and women who are actively seeking employment women who stopped work to raise a family / who have had a break in their professional life women who have a viable and concrete business idea women who want to work as freelancers or self-employed in the service market women wanting to enquire whether any self-employed activity is an option for them at all

5. The objectives of GUIDE The project GUIDE aims to awake and to promote the entrepreneurial potential of women to motivate women to work self-employed to qualify women for a successful business activity to help women to create and maintain their own work place and to reintegrate the target group into the business world to upgrade small and mini foundations to increase employment in the Munich area by helping female entrepreneurs found their own business

6. Successful founding with GUIDE - 1 GUIDE supports the female entrepreneurs in building-up their business by one-to-one coaching and consulting The individual counselling is provided during all phases of the founding process and is free of charge The clients obtain a well grounded feedback to their business project and concrete help in writing their business plans The female consultants focus individually on the special situation of each foundress Apart from the business the consultants consider the personal situation of each client, such as individual wishes and how to combine the requirements of family and job

7. Successful founding with GUIDE - 2 In addition to the one-to-one coaching GUIDE offers telephone and online-tutoring GUIDE also includes training courses and workshops, e.g. financial planning, accounting, taxation, market research and market analysis, sales and acquisition strategies, marketing, social media, corporate design GUIDE organizes regular networking events GUIDE promotes cooperation between the project participants GUIDE tenders a business idea competition called BEST CONCEPT for female entrepreneurs

8. The project is financed by the Bavarian Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and the European Social Fund (ESF) the City of Munich within the Munich Programme of Employment and Qualification (MBQ)
