6. CS-OH 6 Build and Motivate a Team People must want to make the vision and goals a reality.

7. CS-OH 7 Monitor Progress Track progress. Revise plans and goals as necessary.

8. CS-OH 8 Achieve Follow the first four steps and achievement naturally happens.

9. CS-OH 9 The Club Success Plan n Helps determine how to meet 10 important goals n Allows club to set own goals n Outlines strategies n Identifies resources n Has space to write in data

10. CS-OH 10 Club Officers Should n Study and use plan to set goals/timetables n Form committees n Periodically review goals/timetables n Compare accomplishments with reports n Give completed plan to incoming officers

13. CS-OH 13 Membership Requirements At year-end a club must have  At least 20 members, OR  Net growth of at least five new members

14. CS-OH 14 Clubs that meet the membership requirement and do the following earn recognition: Achieve 5 of 10 goals Achieve 7 of 10 goals Achieve 9 of 10 goals Distinguished Club Select Distinguished Club President’s Distinguished Club
