4. Consecutive interpreting
Definition
The interpreting in which the speaker pauses to give the interpreter the time to provide a translation of everything said up to that point.

Encoding of information from the Source Language + Storing Information + Retrieval of Information + Decoding Information into the Target language. (Zhong)
The speaker speaks – pauses for some time – the interpreted translates – the interpreter read the translation to the audience
