Telecommunications Services Conference Calling Standard Conference Calls Analog Sets – 3 locations with at least one on campus Digital Sets – 6 locations with at least one on campus Cost – Any long distance calls are $.06/minute/location

Meet-Me Conference Calling Six parties dialing into a designated campus extension Access code required for entry Department can own their own meet-me number or telecom can issue one for temporary use Cost: Department owned lines: –$25 setup fee –$5/month Temporary Users: –$15/use

AT&T (SBC) 800 Meet-Me Calling Up to 50 parties dialing into an 800 number (International must dial regular Long Distance) Call Telecom Services to get the number and access code. We need the INDEX for billing. Cost: $15 setup plus $.08/minute/location

All other changes are through forms to HR. Flexibility on arrangement and information of deparmental listings Make changes all year. Submit via email, fax, or campus mail. Changes to online and Ernestine directories downloaded nightly.
