SUCCESS CRITERIA GCSE results (2004 – School 36% and department 61%, 2005 – School 33% department 53%). 10% less drop out of college students completing a GCSE course. Confidence and skill acquisition of non-specialist teachers – Lesson Observations before: 20% poor, 60% satisfactory and 20% good now 60% satisfactory and 40% good. Where next? All courses offered within the department to be delivered in this format. All subjects within the school to adopt this format. Enhance presentations through Flash multimedia program.
