3 People People are essential to information system. They are meant to make people more productive

4 Procedures Procedures provide rules and guidelines for people to fallow when using software, hardware and data. Procedures can be found in written manuals provided by manufacturers and computer specialist.

5 The two kinds of software
System software enables the application software to interact with the computer hardware. Application software are either basic of specialized in application.

6 Hardware Hardware consists of the physical equipments. It is controlled by software and processes data to create information

8 Connectivity Allows computers to share information and to connect to the internet
